3809160 - Work Credit Tax form cannot be limited to specific groups - Onboarding

• It is not possible to trigger the Work Credit Tax form for only a certain group.
• For example, it is not possible to trigger the form for only onboardees and not crossboardees

SAP SuccessFactors

1. Access the Onboarding dashboard as the internal hire
2. Open the compliance step.
3. Observe that the WOTC-8850 form is available to the internal transfer user even though crossboardees do not need to complete this form

• It is not possible to target the WOTC-8850 form to only certain groups.
• When enabled in Compliance Settings, it is expected to appear for all users who go through Onboarding with the compliance step for the USA.

• Keep the WOTC-8850 form enabled in Compliance Settings if required for the country.
• For internal transfers (crossboarding) who should not complete it again, instruct users to use the option on the WOTC-8850 form indicating they have already completed the form.
• If you do not want any users to see the form, disable the WOTC-8850 form in Compliance Settings (note: this stops it for all users, including external new hires).
