• Proration report (/US4G/PRORA_EA) or EL28 estimates a meter reading that is lower than the previous meter reading.
• Interpolation uses a later actual reading and ignores the earlier estimated reading, leading to a lower estimated reading for the target date.
• When saving an actual meter reading that is smaller than the lower limit, no error message appears and the value is not automatically locked.
