3809297 - SAP EH&S – CGSADM Connectivity Configuration After System Copy / System Refresh

Symptom

After performing a system copy or system refresh (e.g., overwriting a Quality/Test system from Production), the SAP EH&S server components — the EH&S Administration Management Server (EhsManSrv), the WWI generation servers, and the Expert servers — no longer connect correctly. Report generation fails, secondary data determination cannot reach the Expert server, and/or the CGSADM administration console is not accessible.

There is also a related proactive concern: how the CGSADM configuration can be documented and preserved before a refresh, and what must be done after to restore correct connectivity.
