Does SuccessFactors Recruiting support two-way (Inbound and Outbound) SMS communication, allowing candidates to reply to SMS messages received from the system?

Two-way SMS communication, including inbound messages from candidates and outbound messages from Recruiting, is supported through the SMS provider integration. 

• Two-way SMS is possible, allowing candidates to reply to SMS messages they receive. The configuration and handling of inbound messages are managed by the SMS provider, Sinch.
• Contact Sinch to confirm whether inbound messaging and two-way SMS are available for your account and region and to request the required configuration. Configuration is handled by Sinch.

Note: Currently, Sinch is the only available SMS provider for SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.
