1. Search the App Finder or application catalog for “Create Unit Cost Estimate - Single ” in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environment.
2. Optionally search using the on-premise reference “KKPAN”.
3. Observe that no matching application is found. 

Currently the function is not supported in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
