3809405 - Transport released in test tenant not visible in target during TDR verification - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

A transport shows status released in the source test tenant but does not appear in the target test tenant. The behavior occurs during the 48-hour verification/validation phase after a Test Data Refresh.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Release a transport request in the source test tenant shortly after a TDR is completed.
2. Open the target test tenant’s import queue (for example, via the Import Collection app).
3. Observe that the released transport is not visible during the 48-hour TDR verification phase.

System standard behavior. During the 48-hour TDR verification phase, the transport of configurations and the export/import of software collections are suspended.

Recommended Next Steps

1. During verification (current): Complete business data validation and submit confirmation to SAP to proceed with Closing Activities
2. After verification phase ends: Re-open the Import Collection app and confirm the transport is visible and available for import
3. If transport still does not appear: Verify transport route configuration, or raise an incident to component BC-SRV-APS-EXT-SL
