3809406 - Serial Number Cannot Be Entered in Advanced Returns Management (ARM) Returns Order

Symptom

When saving an Advanced Returns Management (ARM) returns order, the incompletion log displays message: "Missing data: No. of serial numbers". When attempting to enter a serial number to resolve the incompletion, the following error is raised, preventing input: IO 261: "Serialization procedure &2 is not defined in serial number profile &1". As a result, the serial number cannot be maintained on the ARM returns order, and the incompletion cannot be resolved.
