3809437 - RFx Response Items Displayed According to Amended RFx After Decryption in SAP SRM BSE

Symptom

After implementing SAP Note 3435033 (PD Item GetDetail Ignoring Object Type When GUID Is Supplied) and the follow-on modification (SAP Note 3686872), the following behavior is observed in the SRM Bid Security Enhancement (BSE) layer:

  1. An RFx is created and a response is submitted by a supplier.
  2. An item is deleted in the Purchase Requisition (PR) and the RFx is re-published as an amendment.
  3. The supplier's response — submitted before the amendment — is not resubmitted.
  4. After technical and price opening, the front end displays items according to the latest (amended) RFx, omitting the deleted line.
