3809438 - Help icon and help text missing on Potential and Performance Over Time cards in Latest People Profile - SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

In Latest People Profile under Performance & Talent Insights, the "Potential" and "Performance Over Time" cards display without the help icon and associated help description, while other cards show the help icon.

1. Log in to the application.
2. From Home, open the My Team member file.
3. Navigate to Performance and Talent Insights > Performance Over Time > View All.
4. Observe that the help icon/description is not present for the category/card.

The help button is not available on the trend page. This is the current system design as confirmed by engineering.
