3809459 - INVMON or BAPI_INVRADVDOC_CREATE: errors INV105/INV108 occurs when creating invoice/payment advice

Symptom

  • Transaction INVMON or BAPI BAPI_INVRADVDOC_CREATE: "Create Invoice or Payment Advice Note Document" ends with error messages:

    E INV 105 "Specified type of bill/payment advice note &1 is not valid" 
    E INV 108 "The specified document type is not valid".

  • Processing works without error message when the description texts in customizing table TINV_C_LINETYPE and TINV_C_DOCTYPE exist for the logon language of the user.
