• When searching for employee records, the job title is displayed.
• The option of "Hide job title in legacy People Search and org charts (Company Org Chart, Calibration Org Chart, and Succession Org Chart) " is not working any more after Enhanced People Search is enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Ensure Enhanced People Search is enabled.
2. Use the search bar to find an employee by name or ID.
3. Observe that the job title appears in the search results and/or profile header.

• The display of Job title is only depending on RBP permission when enhanced people search is enabled

Note: The configuration to “Hide job title in legacy People Search and org charts (Company Org Chart, Calibration Org Chart, and Succession Org Chart) ” applies only to legacy People Search. Enhanced People Search does not adhere to this switch.

1. To hide the job title in Enhanced People Search, remove the following Role-Based Permission (RBP) rights in the relevant permission roles:
   ・Employee Data > Title > View
   ・Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Job Title > View Current
2. Save the permission role changes and refresh RBP.
3. Test by searching for an employee and confirm the title value is no longer displayed in the search results and profile header.
