3809488 - Explore more is not showing in SuccessFactors Mobile App.

Symptom

Banner card is showing in mobile app only if "include button" is checked in the Manage home page>>Banner cards.
If "Include button" is NOT Checked, then the banner card is NOT showing in Mobile App

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to Manage Home Page.
Create or edit a Banner Card.
If "Include button" is NOT Checked, then the banner card is NOT showing in Mobile App

Cause

The Show button on banner in mobile app setting actually controls the visibility of the banner entirely, not just the button.
Show button on banner in mobile app setting is a child of the Include button setting, so if the parent setting isn't enabled, the child setting is irrelevant

Resolution

This issue is planned to be fixed in the 2H 2026 Release.
