3809495 - Delivery Schedule Line Sequence in Purchase Order Differs from the Payload

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders View.
3. Search Purchase Order ABC (ABC represents Purchase Order ID).
4. Select Delivery Schedule sub-tab under the Items tab.

The displayed schedule lines order differs from the order provided in the Web Service payload.

• The display order of schedule lines is not determined by the ItemScheduleLineID provided in the payload.
• Instead, the system sorts the schedule lines based on an internal unique identifier (UUID) generated by the backend.

• All schedule lines are created successfully with the correct data.
• Additionally, the Service Period From and Service Period To dates under the Basic Data tab of the purchase order item are calculated correctly.
• The display order of schedule lines may differ from the payload order as the system sorts them based on an internally generated UUID.
• This is the expected system behavior.
