3809500 - Down payment is not displayed as 'Partially cleared' in the document flow

Symptom

  • In the Sales and Distribution (SD) document flow for a sales order with down payments, the status 'Partially cleared' is not displayed.
  • Users expect to see a partial clearing status when a down payment has been partially applied, but only 'Cleared' or 'Not Cleared' statuses are available.
  • Cannot display "Partially cleared" down payment status, neither in the SD document flow nor in any SAP Fiori app.
