3809504 - Charts unavailable after upgrade: message "Component FPM_CHART_UIBB is depreciated"; conversion parameter renders charts without dimension/measure selection, SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • After upgrade from SAP S/4HANA 2023 to SAP S/4HANA 2025 FPS01, charts in applications are unavailable.
  • Error message: "Componet FPM_CHART_UIBB is depreciated".
  • Adding the URL parameter FPM_CHART_UIBB_CONVERSION=X removes the error and charts appear, but the dimension and measure selection controls are missing.
