3809563 - Dump ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY at CIF inbound in subcontracting scenario

During the integration of subcontracting purchase requisition/purchase order/confirmation from S/4 to PPDS, below dump happened and corresponding CF* queue stuck in SMQ2 with error "A row already exists with this key":
