3809580 - HTTP 504 timeout on LeanIX GraphQL queries for metadata (e.g. tags, subscriptions, comments)

Symptom

  • Intermittent HTTP 504 Gateway Timeout on GraphQL API queries for fact sheets when requesting metadata (e.g. comments, documents, subscriptions, tags, milestones, completion score).
  • Queries limited to non-metadata fields and relations succeed.
  • Pagination with larger page sizes (for example, 400) increases likelihood of HTTP 504 on metadata queries.
  • Error messages observed: "504 Gateway Timeout"; "Server error after 5 retries [status_code=504]".
