3809617 - New entries disabled in SPRO view V_FOTETAXPC for electronic communication parameters (SAP ERP)

• In SPRO path “Financial Accounting (New) > General Ledger Accounting > Periodic Processing > Report > Electronic Communication with Authorities > Define parameters for electronic communication to authorities” (view V_FOTETAXPC), the New Entries button is disabled (grayed out), preventing creation of new entries.
• Behavior observed when using return type 0001 with certain company codes.
• This blocks configuration required for Electronic Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases and use of report FOT_B2A_ADMIN.
• No error message or error code is displayed.
