3809663 - Warning message displayed on RF device during bin-to-bin movement after adding custom push buttons

• A warning message is displayed when performing a bin-to-bin movement on an RF Zebra device.
• The error message reads: "Only internal process code SKFD or SKVA permitted for internal excp. SKFD (/SCWM/RF_DE148)."
• The same transaction executed via /SCWM/RFUI does not trigger the warning.
• The issue is reproducible in both browser (PC) and RF gun when using a custom RF URL and custom screen program.
