3809665 - Oversized PMGM form attachments return JSON parsing error instead of file size limit message — SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

• PMGM form attachment limit is configured to 10,000 kilobytes (10 MB).
• Uploading a 15 MB file is correctly rejected with: "The file size of [file name] exceeds the maximum file size limit of 10,000 kilobytes."
• Uploading a 65 MB file returns: "Unexpected token '<', "
• Files exceeding the 10 MB limit are expected to be consistently rejected with the configured file-size error message.
