3809700 - New quality certificate is created during goods receipt despite existing certificate in QC55

Symptom

Quality certificate is created for the purchase order item manually in transaction QC51 before the goods receipt.

However, when goods receipt is posted, it is noticed in transaction QC55 that a new certificate had been created for the goods receipt. And previously manually created certificate had not been found and updated.
