3809789 - How to Remove an HTML Mashup from a Page or Tab via Adaptation Mode in SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

An HTML mashup has been added to a page section or as a custom tab via Adaptation Mode in SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2. It is later needs to be removed from the page layout.

Case 1: Remove a mashup embedded in a Section

1. Navigate to the page where the mashup is currently displayed (for example, an Account detail page).

2. Click your user avatar in the top-right corner and select Start Adaptation. The page opens in Adaptation Mode.

3. Hover over the Section that contains the mashup. Editing icons appear on the section border.

4. Choose one of the following:

   • Click the Edit icon (pencil) to open the Section Items panel. Locate the mashup entry in the list and remove it.

   • Click the Delete Section icon (trash bin) to remove the entire section along with the mashup.

5. Click End Adaptation to save and publish the changes.

Case 2: Remove a mashup added as a Tab

1. Navigate to the page where the mashup tab is displayed.

2. Click your user avatar and select Start Adaptation.

3. Click the custom tab that contains the mashup.

4. Click the Delete Tab icon to remove the tab.

5. Click End Adaptation to save and publish the changes.
