Symptom

  • Custom cards with the Latest Home Page Experience display small icons.
  • In the legacy home page, cards displayed larger icons or images.
  • No configuration option is available to adjust the icon size or enable a larger visual format in the Latest Home Page Experience

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Home Page
  2. Observe card icons appears small compared to the legacy home page

Cause

The smaller icons are expected behavior in the current version of the Latest Home Page Experience.

Resolution

  • No configuration exists in the current version to enlarge custom card icons on the Latest Home Page.
  • Engineering confirmed that the 2H2026 release will include a fix to increase the icon size for custom cards.
