3809943 - Incorrect duplicate record warning when saving first effective-dated custom MDF record in Latest People Profile (SAP SuccessFactors)

• When creating the first record for a custom MDF object with effective dating enabled in Latest People Profile, entering only the effective date and saving shows the warning: "Saving this data will duplicate an existing record. Are you sure you want to proceed?"
• The timeline is empty (no existing records), so the warning is incorrect.
• The same action in Manage Data does not prompt this warning.
• If the user clicks Proceed, the record saves; the new slice may not immediately display on the card but is visible in the card history.
