Symptom

  • “CSEX error” is observed on refreshing the Web Intelligence report post upgrading to BI 2025.
  • Unable to create a new report.
  • Traces show: “UnsupportedOperationException: csEX”. “ClassNotFoundException: com.sap.connectivity.cs.core.ConnectionServer cannot be found by com.sap.connectivity.cs_1.0.0”.
