• During startup, the nameserver repeatedly crashes and the database does not complete startup.
• Errors in nameserver trace:
  

  e Crypto           CommonCryptoLib.cpp(00376) : SECUDIR unknown or default SECUDIR not found in environment
  e Authentication   SAMLAuthenticator.cpp(00364) : xmlsec-hdb initialization failed
