3810013 - Crossboarding/Internal Hire Process Variant Not Visible in Drop-Down - Onboarding

User is trying to create a Process Variant for Crossboarding (Internal Hire) in Onboarding but cannot find "Crossboarding" as an option in the Process Type drop-down when setting up the variant.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

1. Open Process Variant configuration for Onboarding.
2. Attempt to create or edit a process variant intended for Crossboarding/Internal Hire.
3. Observe that Crossboarding/Internal Hire is not listed as a selectable option in the "Process Type" dropdown.

The Process Variant for Crossboarding will have "Process Type" set as "Onboarding"; whether a process variant is triggered for Crossboarding depends on the Select Process Variant rule.
