Transportation unit (TU) is set to "Active" status, when you try to set Departure from checkpoint below errors are received:

System status CHKO is active (&)
Message No. BS011 or BS013

Status 'Departure from Checkpoint' (CHKO) does not allow action Departure from Checkpoint
