Cause

Sales Orders that are inconsistent due to error messages are not displayed in the Sales Order Items data source.

The affected Sales Orders may contain different types of error messages that result in an inconsistent Sales Order. For example:

  •  Error 1: Sales Organization/Sales Unit error: "Party with role Sales Unit does not belong to seller company XXXX".
  •  Error 2: List Price missing error.

In the reported scenario, the error related to the Sales Organization/Sales Unit assignment occurred after the Sales Orders were cancelled by maintaining a Reason for Rejection. The actual Sales Organization is XXXX, whereas YYYY was being considered for the Sales Organization assignment. (XXXX and YYYY represents the Sales Organization).

Regardless of the specific error, a Sales Order that remains inconsistent is not displayed in the Sales Order Items data source.
