Symptom

  • When attempting to add a rule to an Intelligent Services Center flow for Onboarding events, an error popup appears.
  • Error message: "We couldn’t load the parameters of rule scenario ISE_RULE_ONB2Process. The rule scenario might have been deleted in the meantime. Please reload the page and try again, and if the problem persists contact your system administrator".
