3810085 - Identical departure and arrival dates/time in Freight Order after manual planning

• After manual planning in the Transportation Cockpit, the created Freight Order shows the same value for the Planned Departure Time at the source location and the Planned Arrival Time at the destination location.
• The Distance and Net Duration fields on the Freight Order Stages tab are blank.
• The Determine Distance and Duration button on the Stages tab is grayed out and cannot be used.
• Running the scheduler on the Freight Order does not return an error, but the Planned Departure Time and Planned Arrival Time remain identical because zero travel duration is applied.
