3810143 - C4C merge limit behavior in MDG integration - reopen

Symptom

- Duplicate Business Partners are merged sequentially on a 1:1 basis in MDG, not in a single merge action containing one master and multiple duplicates.
- MDG operates in a state-based manner, resulting in the outbound payload containing all previously consolidated duplicates associated with the master in every Merge.
- C4C evaluates the payload as a merge operation and applies the limitation of a maximum of three participants per merge request.
- This behavior is expected from the MDG side and cannot be changed by configuration.
