3810156 - Standard Social Security Number (SSN) field validation not working in New Candidate Experience - Recruiting Management

In the New Candidate Experience, the standard Social Security Number (SSN) field does not trigger field-level validation. When “Enable field level validation on standard Social Security Number field on Application” is enabled, invalid SSN values are not validated. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Enable “Enable field level validation on standard Social Security Number field on Application” on the Manage Recruiting Settings page
2. Switch to the New Candidate Experience
3. Apply to a job requisition
4. Enter an invalid value in the standard Social Security Number field
5. Observe that the value is masked with asterisks and no field-level validation is triggered

Known product defect.
