3810268 - Attachments cannot be deleted in Maintain Bill of Material app F1813

Symptom

• In the Maintain Bill of Material application (F1813), deleting a header attachment and saving appears successful.
• Upon reopening the BOM, the deleted attachment is still present.
• The same attachment is also visible in transaction CS03 at the header level.
