3810330 - 'A proper workflow definition could not be found' in purchase order creation when flexible workflow exists - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • Error during PO(purchase order) creation: "A proper workflow definition could not be found" (APPL_MM_COMP_WFL028) even when Flexible workflow is fully configured in the Manage Workflows for Purchase Orders app.
  • In SWF_PROCESS_ADMIN, a runtime error occurs during evaluation of condition "TotalNetAmountGreater".
