3810336 - No workflow started for sales document in approval status

After configuring a new sales document workflow, which is active, valid and has start conditions configured, when the sales document is created and put in approval status, but no workflow starts. When checking the approval details of the sales document, the following error can be seen:

• "There are no steps available. Neither existing steps, nor a matching preview can be determined."

There is more than one start conditions and they use the logical operator "AND". For example, if "Order Reason" is used as an start condition at least twice, the workflow will only start if "Order Reason" is &1 AND &2. Since a sales document can only have one order reason, this condition will never be fulfilled, because using "AND" operator, all conditions need to match so the workflow can start. 

When configuring the workflow and adding start conditions, the button "+" was used to add this condition. The "+" button adds a condition and uses operator "AND".

When setting up start conditions for a sales document workflow, use the button "Create Alternative Condition", so the start condition will use the logical operator "OR".
