3810385 - Failed to retrieve private key when testing RSA Snowflake connections in IDT. SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform

• Testing snowflake RSA connection (using RSA Key pair instead of password) in IDT returns the error: "Failed to retrieve private key from properties."
• The behavior occurs across all RSA connections in the affected environment.
• The same IDT configuration works with another environment with similar snowflake configuration.
• When using Server Middleware in IDT, Test Connection may remain non-responsive or return one of below errors.
• Additional observed errors: "Failed to retrieve private key from properties." , "JWT token is invalid", "E_BOUNCYCASTLE_NEEDED_FOR_ENCRYPTED_PRIVATE_KEY".
