3810423 - Application log retention period in app F4920

Symptom

• The application log in Fiori app F4920 (Create Sales Orders - Automatic Extraction) only retains entries for the last 100 days.
• All log records are removed after 100 days instead of following a rolling deletion model.
• It is not possible to extend the retention period through configuration.
