3810427 - Instance Refresh Fails with FAILED_TO_IMPORT_DUMP Error During Refresh Scheduling

Symptom

When scheduling the Instance Refresh via the Instance Refresh Tool it fails with the error FAILED_TO_IMPORT_DUMP

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Schedule an Instance Refresh using the Instance Refresh Tool.
  2. It fails with FAILED_TO_IMPORT_DUMP error log.

Cause

Temporary backend service unavailability on an API server during an IRT API call, causing the refresh to fail.

Resolution

Please create a case under component LOD-SF-PLT-IRT and attach the refresh .txt logs.
