3810453 - Change Maintenance Order (W0017): Maintenance Activity Type Value Help Field Selection Fails

Symptom

In the Change Maintenance Order (W0017) WebDynpro application, the PMACTTYPE (Maintenance Activity Type) field does not retain the value selected via F4 value help on the first selection attempt — the field appears empty after the first selection. Repeating the selection a second time works correctly.
