3810469 - V23/V.23 does not remove billing block from SD documents when executed in background mode

Symptom

  • When V.23/V23 is executed as a background job, no billing block deletion occurs to the relevant SD documents.
  • The job only produces an interactive list/spool and there is no way to press 'Delete billing block'.
