Symptom

• The 'Approval Details' tab in the Manage Purchase Contracts app does not display any approval information.
• The following error message is shown: "The steps cannot be loaded. Please try again later."
• A short dump occurs with runtime error RAISE_SHORTDUMP and exception CX_CSP_ACT_RESPONSE.
• The dump message states: "The selected result for entity 'R_FLEXWORKFLOWINSTANCE' has duplicate instances."
