3810589 - Drag and Drop Inline Images in Ticket Timeline

In the ticket timeline, you are composing an internal memo or portal memo and you have existing text in the memo. You would like to add an inline image and you are dragging and dropping it into the editor but it's not copied into the message.

Unfortunately drag and drop cannot be supported when there is already text in the internal / portal memo.

Kindly use the copy and paste functionality instead of drag and drop.
