3810628 - Proxying a manager from Learning Administration shows no employee curricula in My Team/Teamview

If the learning admin proxies a manager from Learning Administration and then navigates to My Team/Teamview to check curricula assigned to the manager's subordinates, the system does not display any curricula despite multiple curricula being assigned.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in and go to Learning Administration.
2. Search for a manager user and proxy to the user.
3. Go to My Team/Teamview, select an employee, and open the Curriculum page — it is empty.
4. Log in directly as the impacted manager (without proxy).
5. Go to Learning > Teamview.
6. Select an employee and open the Curriculum page — entries are visible.

Product defect.

Engineering team provided a code fix to the reported issue. The fix should be available in the upcoming release b2611.

• Production: November 13 - 14
