3810658 - Database startup fails: DataCache too small

Symptom

During the database startup, it fails with errors regarding data cache being too small. In log 'knlmsg' you'll see messages like:

    2024-01-05 12:08:02     DATA        12345:  Start of FBM section list construction
    2024-01-05 12:08:04     DATA        12345:  End of FBM section list construction
    2024-01-05 12:08:04     Converter   20055:  Stop read converter, 348411 pages read with 348411 io calls
    2024-01-05 12:08:04 ERR CONFIG      53118:  DataCache too small:; 9
