3810676 - Is it possible to assign serial numbers to Sales orders using Manage Sales Orders Version 2 app?

When creating a sales order, it is necessary to enter the information in the Serial Numbers field, however this field cannot be located in the Manage Sales Orders version 2 app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a sales order in Manage Sales Orders version 2 app.
2. Enter all the information in the mandatory fields
3. Try to enter information at the Serial Number field and see that he is not available to be used in Manage Sales Orders version 2 application.

Missing functionality

• Serial numbers can only be assigned in the WebGUI application for sales orders Create Sales Orders - VA01/VA02 apps.
• Serial number integration into Fiori UI sales order app (F3893) is not yet possible. Requirement is already known by the development team however, it is not developed yet.

• Since the development team tracks feature requests via the SAP Customer Influence portal, it is recommended to create a feature request for this business requirement following the steps below:

1. Get started by opening SAP Customer Influence.
2. Register and accept the Terms of Use.
3. Choose a session of interest.
4. Create and submit the improvement request.
5. Take a look at existing improvement requests and start voting and commenting.
