3810686 - Error message FH530 regarding inconsistencies in field selection is received when configuring an Account as a Secondary Cost Element in FS00

When creating a Secondary Cost Element (G/L account type "S") in transaction FS00 or via the Manage G/L Account Master Data Fiori app (F0731A), error message FH530 is raised:

"Inconsistencies in field selection (see long text)"

The long text reads:

"There is an inconsistency between the field selection control in account group 'secondary costs' and in activity 'create'. Item 'line item management' is defined as a required field in one of these field selection controls, and as a hidden field in the other."
