3810719 - Access to the fields contained in the EDI table EDI_V_EDPAR is not allowed by SAP

It is necessary to fetch and retrieve the fields contained in the Configuration activity 101300 - Convert External to Internal Partner Numbers (EDI_V_EDPAR table), they are:

• Customer Number (internal table name EDPAR-KUNNR)
• Partner Function (internal table name EDPAR-PARVW)
• External Partner Number (in Customer System) (internal table name EDPAR-EXPNR)
• Internal Partner Number (in SAP System) (internal table name EDPAR-INPNR)
• Description (internal table name TPART-VTEXT)
• Address Number (internal table name EDPAR-ADDRNUMBER)

However, there are no CDS Views released which contains those fields.

1. Go to the View Browser app
2. Search for a CDS View which contains the fields from the EDI_V_EDPAR table
3. See that no CDS Views with those fields are released

At the moment, there are no CDS Views released with those fields for usage.

• The SAP Development team is already working in a CDS View which contains all the fields in the EDI_V_EDPAR table, the estimative for this view to be released is in the CE2702 upgrade, which will arrive in February 2027.
• This is the current state of planning and may be changed by SAP at any time without notice. It is necessary to keep an eye in the maintenance schedule.
