3810840 - Legacy Workbench - Inconsistent "Apply Interviewer List to All Applicants" Behavior - Recruiting Management

In the Legacy Applicant Workbench, the "Apply Interviewer List to All Applicants" tool behaves inconsistently depending on how applicants are moved between statuses:

• Working as expected: When applicants are moved via Actions > Move Applicant > "Interview" status, or dragged into the "Interview" status, the tool automatically populates the interviewers in the Application Interviewer section for both newly created and existing applications.

• Not working as expected: When applicants are moved by directly changing the application status to "Interview" status, the tool does not automatically populate the interviewers for newly created applications.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In the Legacy Applicant Management Workbench, open a Job Application.
2. Select "Set up Interviewers" to add the panel members.
3. Select "Apply Interviewer List to All Applicants."
4. Add or move additional applicants to the relevant interview stage.
5. Observe that the interviewer list is applied inconsistently depending on the method used:
   • Applied as expected — when using Actions > Move Applicant or drag-and-drop to the target status.
   • Not applied — when the Candidate Status field is changed directly.

Known error or limitation in Legacy workbench.

Our Engineering and Product teams have reviewed this behavior and confirmed that it is specific to the Legacy Workbench.

As the Legacy Workbench is planned for deprecation in future releases, Ongoing fixes and enhancements are being implemented in the New Workbench.

The workaround will be using Actions > Move Applicant or drag-and-drop applications to the interview status.
