3810842 - Goals missing in Print & PDF view of completed performance forms though Goal Plan is Active

Symptom

  • Goals are missing in the Print & PDF view of completed performance forms, while they are visible when viewing the form.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a completed performance form.
  2. Select Print & PDF view to generate the PDF.
  3. Observe that goals do not appear in the generated PDF although they display in the form view.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
